HI,
for me a big problem appear...
the update fails during the installation and now the Helix can't connect to the computer anymore. So i can't do the update one more time with HelixEdit
on the Helix, i've got this message:
I try to shut down the Helix, close the HelixEdit and restart connect the Helix but nothing change...
I've no idea what to do???
BTW: the firmware updater don't work anymore, the software don't start anymore...
Please Help, I can't play guitar anymore during quarantine !!! :-(
