Hi, I’m a new Helix owner, but have been playing and using music equipment for years. I have the floor model Helix and have had issues with most of the delays where the time settings don’t change as you turn up and down setting. And, can you change time that appears in milliseconds to bpms? Im running Helix straight into a Vox AC 15X1 I tried to set a dotted eighth delay at 388 ms and it just didn’t set or sound like my Boss DD500 does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? Thanks.
