Ooops! it worked so far, physical volume knob down to zero, Thanks dear...

Recently my pod hd 500X volume changes on its own after a couple of mins playing, when I press the footswitch again it returns to its set volume. The same process repeats, don't have a clue whats happening and no way to contact the manufacturer. I hope somebody can help. Rgds, Roy
