Just wandering if anyone may be able to point me in the right direction here.
I have my Helix attached to a Peavey 6505MH via a TRS cable to switch between the 2 channels.
Now the amp switching does work per snapshot as I want, tip is the lead channel and ring is the rhythm.
However, it's as if the helix keeps losing its memory randomly, sometimes it will work fine, but the next minute it seems to forget what snapshot was set for ring or tip, and my lead channel snapshot set to tip, will then suddenly be set to ring? This seems to happen when I switch presets, or can just happen when switching between snapshots in the same preset.
I will then change each snapshot back to tip / ring as I required and double tap save each time. But then after a few minutes it seems to forget again, and the assigned tip or ring has changed compared to what it was saved as just before?
I am just using the one instant command for each snapshot, but amend each snapshot to either tip or ring, and can see this change in the editor when I switch between snapshots using the footswitches.
So, I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong, can anyone help?
