Hi everyone,
I've got an old Tone Port UX1 that came with Ableton Live Lite 4 (for Windows XP or Windows 2000).
As expected this version doesn't work on Windows 10 64 bit. I have seen some advertising that the upgrade of Live Lite 4 Line 6 edition would be free for previous owners, but I am facing 2 problems:
1) Ableton's website is not recognizing my Live serial number (I'm sure I typed correctly and I've bought it new - am the only owner)
2) I can't find a link for downloading the upgrade
Would anyone have any ideas?
