    Thanks for the rapid reply. I have cycled power on both units and tried every USB port available. Still nothing.

    I am having a problem connecting my POD HD500x to my PC. I have installed the latest drivers and have tested usb port with known working devices but every time I connect my HD500x I get Unknown Device error message. Please help.
