Just got the device today and enjoyed already for about 30 minutes. No idea which or what action within the software I was using. Trying to switch on again, I'm having throughout all 4 LEDS flashing and can't do anything. Pressing the buttons was useless even trun on and off too.
Trying to update the amplifi device software on my window computer I fully succeeded, but after login the following side remains black and can't find the via USB connected ampllifi TT device. So, please, who can help???

I finally managed the issue, Software now has been correctly and fully installed. The device is runing well and I can enjoy all facilities. Thnks to the fox who did coment.
