Got home and discovered the issue. If you ever have a problem like this and check everything - you should also check new person running the mixer. My unit is working perfectly; it was a sound person with their head in a very dark place. Thank you for the reply.

My Helix has been working perfectly, however; this morning prior to the worship service I couldn't get a signal out of the XLR. Unplugged and plugged XLR cable and had signal and went through sound check and practice - prefect. Engaged tuner and waited for service. Service begins and check timing but when performance starts - no signal. At practice after service used different cables, unplugged wireless instrument unit and used instrument cable, tried different channel and no signal. Bypassed Helix and went into DI and had signal to mixer. Any thoughts?
