  1. It does freeze up,tho, its not even from going trough quickly... Eventually its just, after a while,it freezes completely.. recently, the sound just cuts out after few minutes, and also there is this crazy frequency noise, just high pich, really painfull. Yesterday i was trying to play with my headphones, and almost blew my ears... I think my Helix device is defective or something.
  2. Is there a way to completely reset the firmware to the first stage,so i can reinstall everything and maybe that could resolve the issue perhaps/?
  3. Yes,i did the preset reset multiple times when updating, but the issue remains..
  4. Hello. I recently purchased a Helix LT and i am having issues with it. When i purchased it,it already had the latest firmware version, and after some time of playing, just started to freeze up and sometimes show the ''boot falure, entered update mode'' with -33 in the top corner. When i go trough the factory presets, after a moment they stop to work and the helix freezes up. I tried to re update the latest firmware version , and also to downgrade to 2.20 but the issue is still present.. If you could help in any way,to resolve this issue,i would greatly appreciate. Thank you for the response.
  5. Got it. Thank you for the reply. Will have to figure something out :)
  6. Hello, I am going to purchase a Line 6 helix and was thinking, Is it possible to run the line 6 helix trough a cabinet with a virtual helix poweramp? I am sorry,if some one has already asked this question, but i couldn't find the answer anywhere,so i decided to ask it here. Basicaly: guitar+helix+cabinet using the poweramp from the helix amp simulations? I hope you can answer this question, Thank you for the support
