Hello, very very strange, The Line6 support wrote "At this point please test it with another computer". I have several removable SSDs, so I made a clean Win 11 SSD and installed Yamaha AG 06 with drivers, Helix Native and my DAW. Native worked properly. So the Computer or Hardware could not be the problem. I changed to my "normal" SSD, uninstalled Native and HX Edit 3.70, deleted all Line 6 folders and files, rebooted the PC, and then reinstalled first Native and then HX Edit 3.70. Native now works properly. Greetings

Hi datacommando, thanks for your post, but unfortunately it didn't work. Steps: uninstalled Helix Native via uninstaller deleted the Native-folder in appdata/roaming unregistered the PC reinstalled Native registered the PC Helix Native for Helix LT owners and Helix Native Trial are registered. Avira and Defender are not active. I've opened a support-ticket and will report.

The folders Helix Native and Core are completely deleted, also Line6 VST plugins. After reboot Native installed, same error message.

Hello everyone, since I've updated Native from 3.70 to 3.71 I get 2 error codes in Native/Ableton. In the Native window appears: Failed to connect to DSP engine (Device has not been initialized properly [code -8201] and a seperate window shows: Failed to get favorite names. Service is not online [code -8207] I've already deinstalled and re-installed Native, set the path to Native VST2 and VST3 in Ableton live. (All other plugins in Ableton still work correct, OS is Win 11-64, Yamaha AG06)

I've always a second SSD-Harddisk with current WIN and drivers in reserve. On this disk I installed first Helix and then Ableton live. Ableton displays the same latency times as before, but now I can run the backing track in Ableton, record my guitar on a second track (Audio to -> Sends only) and it's O.K. I don't know what is wrong with the other WIN on disk 1. I think I still have the incoming latency of 5.6 ms, but I don't notice that and it doesn't bother me. Thank you all. Great support.

Sorry if I sometimes don't express myself so precisely. I know that the HELIX LT has no SPDIF. I feared that. Money is not the big problem. I had considered buying a Mac (mini) for recording etc., but I don't have enough space for 2 systems and I have to use Windows (Home Office, CAD etc.). Then I will probably have to buy an other AI. The 18i20 seems probably a size too big for my needs. Would you focusrite recommend e.g. the 2I2, or something else? PCI Interface, Soundcard with SPDIF?

Ableton displays the latency data. With the Helix ASIO-Driver it's not possible to get better latency than 24.5 ms. 5.56 ms input-latency, 18.9 ms output-latency, 256 Samples at 96000 hz. With ASIO4ALL I get 5.67 ms in- and output-latency, (11.3 ms) by 512 samples and 96000 hz. Two questions: Does anyone have an explain where the difference between Helix and Asio4All comes from? How can I get latency lower than 10 ms? Greetings Horst
