I have just purchased the helix lt lt came with last firmware already from the factory i have connected it to a dbr12 yamaha, single cab everything is setted to line on the cab and the helix too ,through an xlr cable, the issue is that volume is very low and I have to push the master volume on the helix all the way up to get a decent volume,same thing also if I connect it with a jack cable , same behaviour , even if I push master volume on the helix still something is wrong in terms of volume, but as soon as I disable the setting in the Volume Knob Controls for the xlr or 1/4" outputs whichever I am using in that moment, in the general settings ins and out, I can then get a very pleasing full volume, off course I cannot control the general master volume on the helix but I have to control through the master volume on my yamaha cab is that a normal procedure ? I guess that when you disable Volume Knob Controls, that means that volume on helix is at its maximum , correct ? is there something wrong with my unit ??? thank you for your prompt reply aside from that , I am very pleased , great piece of gear !!!!
