I was doing my update to my Helix Rack, and when it got to the "Boot Failure" part, my HX Edit went blank and now says "No Device Connected". I never got the: HX Edit will display a message indicating the device must be reset. Click resume and wait for the second part of the update to complete. Any ideas what to do?
