I used my helix lt this weekend for the first time sounded great but had 1issue I run a duel output bass my p pick up in the guitar in and the woofer pick up in the return 1 but when the sound man lined my helix out he could only got sound from the right side of the xlr output woofer side the left side being the p pickup no sound at all can some one tell me what setting I need to do get the left side working
