can anyone shine any light on the following M5 problems:
-firstly I have updated, but the version still remains v1.0 in the M5 settings.
-I sent some MSB & LSM midi information which is included in my program change settings of my sequencer and the autosave feature does not work. does the autosave work for all patches? also the patch number on the unit does not change when rotating the model select nob. I have done multiple factory resets. Is there a way to send midi information that could rectify this?
-there is talk on the forum of sending a bank change midi message to the M5, so that one could change the effect type and then a program change. I have tried using the standard 032 cc bank change message to no avail, aswell as the msb & lsm messages.
this is a fantastic unit, but the midi implementation seems very poor.
