I got the unit to update using the updater app.. still, nothing happens when I try to manually create a backup in edit v1.21 so something isn’t right.

Tried that.. basically nothing at all happens when I click create backup. No popups, errors, nothing. Just downloaded the sand alone "updater" app and going to try that.

Did you ever figure this out? Just picked up a new Pod Go this weekend and have the same issue. Using the latest version of the software I get stuck on the same “backup dialog failed...” message trying to update from 1.12 to 1.21
