ok just found a stereo cable, will kill the hum but channel switch not working anymore

The only other thing i found online was when using the trs cable cut the ground wire and apparently the hums stops. i only have a ts cable at the moment but when i cut the ground it doesnt channel switch anymore.

ok what i did was make my connections with the 4 cm and then the cable from the ext amp to the back of the amp. then in command center i highlighted a switch that i wanted to use to change channels, i turned the command knob to ext amp and left the select knob at tip. then in global settings in preferences i turned the exp2/ext amp to ext amp out. now you should be able to change channels with the helix. now unfortunately the hum issue is a ground loop that i am waiting to get an ebtech hum eliminator to arrive and then you just put it between the helix send and amp input to lift the ground loop and kill the hum, i will update when it arrives. hopefully that helps you abit

Hey guys i need some help please, i am trying to channel switch on my new prs mt 15 with the helix lt, i have tried to follow youtube but it doesnt seem to work.
