I solved this issue. If your computer is M1 mac, run the logic pro with 'Rosetta'. (You can find logic pro icon in program list, and then right click on your mouse or two fingers click on track pad -> check Rosetta option) and preference - Plug-in - Line6 - Helix naitive - checking 'use' - re-scan and then you can run helix naitive on logic pro without rosetta mode also. BUT DON'T FORGET!! user name is not a email address. It's your 'username' as a nickname in line6 homepage.
