hmm 200 watts seems a little low.. Tuning to A and need some real power to boost those lows, one thing I had in mind was the Peavey MiniMax V2 600-watt Lightweight Bass Head, and just plugging into the effects loop return, 600 watts there, but, because of my OCD I would find it very difficult to use it that way haha.. might have to bite the bullet though.. any other suggestions? Or anyone using something they would like to share?

I am a long time Helix user on my guitar, but new to Bass guitar. My current guitar rig I use Helix with Orange Pedal Baby into an Orange 1X12 Cabinet. It's great and I want something similar for my Bass Guitar rig. So: Helix - Power Amp - Bass cabinet (likely a 1X15 with possible tweeter) I have looked but I can't find a power amp similar to Orange Pedal baby but for bass... I don't want a regular Bass head because I will be using the Pre-Amp within the Helix, I only need a power amp. I suppose I could just use a cheap power amp normally used for PA speakers, or just jack into the 'Return' of an effects loop from any Bass head, but if someone out there has a similar, successful bass rig they would like to share I would love to hear about it.

I have an old 2 channel Triple Rectifier with the parallel loop. What is the best method to hook up the Helix and be able to use the pre-amps on the Helix through the power amp section? The standard 4 cable method seems to overlap tones, and when the loop is engaged (when the natural triple rectifier tone in engaged) it makes it so the effects in the chain aren't affecting the tone: For example, even if the delay is engaged the effect doesnt come through. My effects chain starts with the in/out of the loop and everything is after that.
