  1. Yes, the powercab+ has the latest firmware. Yes HX Edit still has connection problems when powercab is disconnected from the Helix. The PC detects the Helix in device manager every time, it is just HX Edit that doesn't see it. Also, give that this only started immediately after the 2.80 updates I highly doubt it is the cable.
  2. Hello, ever since I updated my Helix floor and HX Edit to 2.80 HX Edit seems to have a hell of a time detecting my device. Every once in a while I can HX Edit to see my device after serveral reboots of the floor unit or my PC or restarting HX Edit. I can't seem to get it to consistently connect. I was able to update to 2.81 at one point when it did connect, but that still hasn't fixed the issue. When I check device manager my Helix shows up just fine. Windows seems to have no issues detecting the device, it is just HX Edit. This is not the same issue I've seen where people are reporting that HX Edit freezes on them or has graphical issues. HX Edit responds just fine. It just doesn't see my device 9 times out or 10. Had zero issues with connections before the 2.80 upgrade. Here's what I've tried already: Rebooting device and PC. Removed all Helix drivers and software. Redownloaded and reinstalled software. Updated firmware and HX Edit from 2.80 to 2.81. Updated Windows. (On latest release of Windows 10). Other devices/software installed that may be interacting: Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 Avid Protools First Line 6 Powercab + 112 (only connected to Helix through L6 connection) Any insight into this issue would be much appreciated.
