When I insert my G10 transmitter into the receiver, the Halo LED flashes red once and then goes out. The Transmitter goes through the normal Red flash then green flash then solid green. When I insert the transmitter into a guitar it lights up solid green like it's working but no sound. The Halo LED on the receiver never lights up after the initial red flash. I tried updating the firmware, and it worked without error on both the receiver and transmitter, but still not working in actual use. I also tried another USB power adapter, and it worked the same (really failed to work in the same way). Any ideas what else I could try?
