I got a Helix LT replaced last year when the exp pedal broke and they sent me a Helix. Now the Helix footswitch buttons are acting up, double tapping or just registering when I press. I use my helix a lot but I don't abuse it. Anyway, the registered gear section of my account has the warranty date of this Helix as 11/06/2022 but Line 6 says in order to use your warranty for repairs you need to provide a copy of your sales receipt. This unit was sent to me as a replacement so I don't have a sales a receipt. What can I do in this situation?
