interface problem Ableton fails to use helix stomp as an interface

Hey all, Has anyone run into this issue? it works on my desktop, but my surface pro 7 where I do on the go recordings cant recognize the helix as an interface. I see the "aiso helix" but it always comes back with a "failed to use" notification. Any help would be wonderous! thanks -
Hey yall, I used Native a couple years ago and it was fine! i am not the most tech proficient here but I'm really scratching my head as to what I can do here to get this to work? I'm using Ableton (which isn't the problem here) and Windows. Has anyone else experienced this/ have a solution for me? Thanks!
