Hi, I have purchased 6 presets. 3 of these can be imported, the other 3 are rejected with the error message "Model specified in the file is not recognized ". All 6 presets work with other users without problems. The source is absolutely trustworthy. Have the latest firmware 2.54 installed. Even among the 2 versions before it did not work.
