I just got the Helix. Has 1.06.5 firmware. Tried to update to 2.21, and it constantly fails. Saying to reboot and try again. So I then tried the reset... 8 and 9 held down while turning on unit. Now... all I get is a small rectangle, inch wide by 3/8 tall scrambled flashing on the screen. Is this normal...will it eventually reset?
