Can't "gift" Model Packs For Xt Live?

I just sold my XT Live and I'm trying to "gift" two model packs (bought, not preloaded) to the new owner (Metal Shop and Collector Classics). It gives me an "ERROR: Sorry, that item is temporarily out of stock. (Error: 7718)". I'm fairly certain I've deauthorized the XT properly, and the new owner says it's showing up under his account properly. However, it still shows up on my account under "authorized devices" as "deauthorized". Shouldn't it just not show anymore? Anyone experience this? What am I doing wrong? BTW, If any Line 6 people are reading this it shows store order #114269. Thanks, Exo
