I just bought a Helix LT and I'm having trouble getting the sound through my PC. I have the same setup as with my previous Axe-FX, which is, I connect the Helix through XLR to a PC external audio card, so I can have both audios available in my pc: pc sound + helix. This way I can play with backing tracks and have both coming through the same monitors.
Somehow, this is not working now on Helix. Do you know if I have to set anything in order to make it work...? I just plug in the cables... maybe I did something in the past for the AxeFx, but I can't remember now.
