SOLVED! The solution to this was to download the pkg manually and install from a USB stick, rather than attempting it from the Mac's HDD or automatically through Line 6 Monkey

Hi, Whenever I try to install the HD500X Edit software I get the error "Software requires OSX 10.5 or above" I am currently running OSX 10.12.6 - so why won't it work?
