Yes, I opened a support ticket and was advised a few standard procedures (full reset, firmware update). Unfortunatelly it didn't help and the conclusion is it is a hardware problem and I should contact my dealer for warranty repair.
This is exactly what I am experiencing on my unit. Also repeats in the same region. And it only happens if I turn the knob clockwise. However on my unit, the Preset knob is also affected by this issue (exactly the same way). Maybe it is a different (faulty?) batch of encoders they used and the software can't deal with it properly...
