Hi Guys,
So I am trying to use the preamp models and have the helix go straight into the return in the FX loop in my amp. However when I connect to the Helix I get a massive amount of hum. I have tried troubleshooting just about everything, different cables... ground lift etc, however the hum remains. Mind you this happens only when it's plugged into the helix... nothing else causes the issue. It even happens when the helix is completely off and disconnected from any power source. Would really like to use this functionality w/ the helix. Any suggestions would be helpful.
