The power plug on this guitar relay G10 is terrible. It has to be positioned "JUST RIGHT" or it disconnects. The only connection is the USB-A nib that rests inside the tiny hole. It is not possible to even insert it to "grab" -- it just sort of "sits" there. To not lose connection, I have to place something under the wire to bolster it up to the same level as the plug. Otherwise it sags and disconnects. Does anyone have any ideas on how to add a more permanent plug against the plastic so that I can plug the USB-A into a tighter plug? This design is ridiculous! I am struggling too. My G10 has never failed me. Today I plugged it in and it keeps cutting out after the “fire” update! How frustrating to be at a gig and have the guitar keep cutting out. I don’t know if it’s the cord or the firmware. I bought this in 2017 and use it on an acoustic Martin.
