Hi, I am Daniel from Germany and I like my HX Effects very much. But there are two major things that are really annoying for me: 1. I really often come accidently on the function to swap or copy snapshots/presests. Especially when I play at home and play without shoes. But it happens to me also in band situation. Is there a way to block this option or in near firmware update. Really would love this. For creating presets its cool, for playing its annoying. 2. Same problem with the tab knob. I often want to start the tuner or in other situations where I touch the knob slightly and the tab screen appears and in band situation it feels like it would take hours to disappear. Next annoying thing that would be cool if the feature can be turned off in global settings, cause I don´t use tab tempo. Cheers, Daniel from Germany

I tried some things, nothing worked. - Different USB Ports - Different USB Cables - Different Updater Version - Firmware from local disk from 2.50 to the newest one - Differnent Win10 PC - Set up an virtual MacOS via VirtualBox and tried, cause I read about Apple sometimes worked

Hi folks, I am Daniel from Germany, so sry for my English. Have this unit for almost two years, no problems til now. The unit does not boot anymore. The displays are lightened, but empty. When I hold the > button while booting the Line 6 Updater recognizes a HX Effects, but with "Unknown version". I can install every firmware I want via the Line 6 Updater. Then in the screen I can see the text Updating and so on, so displays seem to work. In the end the updater says, everything successful. Device restarts. But same effect. Empty but enlighted displays. Nothing more. Sometimes the Updater says "Unknown version". Sometimes in the left upper display there is "updater ready" and in the Line 6 Updater it says version 0.09.5a and it recognizes a HX Effects. I there something I can do or do I have to send the unit to support? Thank you and kind regards, Daniel
