Hi guys,
Just got my Helix rack and attempted to update it to firmware v2.30. I downloaded the editor and selected the online update for 2.30. However shortly after commencing the update it came up with an error and said to try again or if it is in an unexpected state to do a factory reset. The helix now doesn't load up past the boot screen which is now all screwy showing a distorted "Line 6 Helix Rack" message. Tried holding down buttons 5 and 6 during a reboot but nothing happens.
I've raised a ticket in the meantime but if anyone could please help suggesting some options i'd be really grateful.
