Hello guys, I bought Spider V last week, I'm very satisfied with the amp and the abilities it offers, but I encountered an issue when trying to download presets from customtone. I've registered my amp, added receipt and everything necessary, but when I try to download presets It shows me message attached below everytime. Do you know what could be the problem? Thanks in advance for any help. Have a nice day! T.
