I have the same issue. I am using and iMac High Sierra 10.13.6. HX Edit 3.01. Followed the Update Download Prompts. Completed a back up. Completed the update. Waited as it stated it was uploading the presets. Waited. Waited. Waited. Waited........ My HX Effects now has 3.02. But all of my presets are blank- gone! nothing. Attempted to reinstall the back up. And that is "greyed out". unable to select.
What am I missing? Can anyone instruct me in detail how to reinstall my back up? PLEASE! if not I lost EVERYTHING!
