Hi everyone,
I just purchased a Helix LT used on eBay, and it arrived on Tuesday 3/13/18. Everything was great and I've been really happy with the unit so far. The issue is tonight when I went to use it at band rehearsal, none of the footswitch lights would come on. The Tap Tempo button also will not flash even though the option is enabled under global settings. Is there something I'm missing with this or is this unit malfunctioning? I rebooted it multiple times and even reflashed 2.53, but am having no luck.
It's a great sounding unit and I'm hoping to replace my bass pedalboard (and potentially preamp as well), but we aren't off to a great start. Any suggestions?
