i used the search function and wonder no one has ever asked this. I hope you guys understand what i mean. English is not my native language ;)
I recently bought the HD500X and want to use it with a Marshall JVM410HSJ. Most of the time i use the knobs 5-8 for changing between the patches in a choosen setlist. If i am right, the HD sends MIDI-programm-numbers between 0-64 for the patches 01A - 16D to the JVM. I 'programmed the JVM what to do with this number (changing to the desired channel etc.).
My problem: when i change the setlist, lets say from User1 to User2 the outgoing MIDI-Programm-Numbers going to the JVM are the same, right? For example, using patch 16A in setlist "User1" changed my JVM to OD1Red. The same patch number 016A in setlist "User2" also changed to OD1Red.
So every patch in every userlist has to match with the wanted channel of the JVM? Is this right? If so, that sucks.
Am i missing something? The HD is new to me, but i read the manual and many forums for days to solve this.
