  1. same here. Global setting restore, IRs restore, then screen on the helix goes blank and my computer gives an error message.. I would really like a solution
  2. Anyone have experience with the new Marketplace for 3rd party IRs and patches? I bought 2 so far. I can see the activation codes in my purchase history. But where the heck is the download??
