I have recently been noticing my Helix floor acting up when trying to adjust Delay effect parameters in the Stomp mode. Any time I go to adjust a parameter, the “Tempo” adjustment screen will randomly and automatically flip on. It’s to the point where I can’t even adjust the delay parameters because the Tempo screen comes on every few seconds, flipping back and forth between that and the delay parameter screen.
It’s similar to how if you touch a switch instead of actually stepping on it, it pulls up a sub-screen for that effect with its adjustment parameters rather than switching it on.
I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this issue and if so how they fixed it. I’ve rebooted the Helix, it’s up to date with latest firmware, and it seems to happen no matter what delay effect is chosen.
