HX Effects will not power on. Tried other adaptors, power supplies. Has anyone experienced this? Unit is 3 years old and played frequently. Worked 3 days ago.

Two shows ago, my XLR mono output stopped working. The Right XLR output works but the single is weak. My output block includes XLR in activated. The 1/4” output works fine. Any suggestions?

I'm setting up a new stomp preset an would like use a button to turn on and off the fast rotary speed. Not sure where to go to set it up. Owners manual doesn't seem to have an obvious section that covers it. Any help out there? thanks

Hey - New Helix owner here. Setting up a Stomp bank with a Rotary effect. Can I have a controller (Tap) switch the speed? If so, how do I assign? Thanks in advance.
