  1. I updated to HX Exit 3.70 Before updating the firmware plus I did a backup. My Helix was at 3.60. I followed the instructions and repeatedly kept getting a failure. I did a reset and used the Line 6 Updater (Turned off/on Helix, Unplugged USB cable). I selected 3.71 Update which started and about 3/4ths of the way I get a Failure. My Helix now goes into boot failure mode which shows up on the screen when it starts up. I cycle power and USB and try again, no luck. I held down the far right two-foot switches to go into "update mode" and started the firmware up date again. It failed once again this time much sooner. At this point it is a paperweight. Any thoughts on the next steps? (BTW: I did not start HX Edit to update via it as it never worked), I used the Line 6 Updater to install the firmware which I downloaded manually. I followed the sequence if installation failures to the letter. Please Help ...
  2. This worked for a second or two, the Green Signal Light comes on Cab-B and goes out and sound goes away. If its a weak signal maybe something in the Helix will help.
  3. Helix - > Cab A -> Cab B worked. Many thinks PoerM Helix -> Cab 1 -> Cab 2 Worked, thank you
  4. I have a Helix Floor with the latest updates (2/1/2021) and a pair of PowerCab 112 Plus. I connect the First PowerCab with the Line6 Link Cable which intern connects to the Second PowerCab using the Line6 Link Cable. The problem is I can not get any sound out of the PowerCab connected to the first PowerCab (which connects directly to the Helix). I can use the Link Cable and connect the second PowerCab to the Helix and it works fine. All of the Cables are good as are both PowerCabs. I am at a loss as to why I can't get both working. In helix I can both cabs Linked and all of the presets are correct. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  5. I have a Helix and 2 PowerCab-112 Plus, connected via the L6 Link Cable (works great). The question I have is around the PowerCab Software, can I connect separate USBs cables to both Cabs and bring up two PowerCab Edit Sessions? or can I modify both with a single USB cable? Right now I load IRs in to one, disconnect the USB cable and plug into the other to load IRs. Be nice if the Helix App (just on a PC or Mac) had the ability to manage the PowerCabs. So far, they sound great.
