No sound model output or phones output.

I’m having similar problem model output,phones, D.I. output no sound. I had a hissing noise but that’s gone away. Any resolve?

My bass Pod XT has no out put sound. For a while headphones worked, Now no sound at all. Defaulted with no change. Unplugged cable that’s going to input, plugged directly to amp - cable is good. Did the same with other cable. Cables are good.
