  1. F@ck line6. I’m outta here permanently.
  2. Huh??? There’s no usb to whatever funky proprietary connector that is on the Sonic Port device. It’s that connector to lightning. There is no usb cable. If someone has a link to one in the United States I’d be glad to be wrong. I have a USB camera adapter for my iPhone but there’s no way to hook my Sonic Port to it best I can tell.
  3. The device is a brick. Other apps won’t solve it. I never used the line6 app other than for the Level monitor. I just used it for my regular iPhone camera app.
  4. 13.1.3 update: STILL NOT WORKING. iPhone 7 Plus on Sonic Port lightning. F U Line6. For real. This is straight up bending everyone over. Unapologetically!
  5. So the really infuriating part is you CANNOT roll back to iOS 12.4.2 once you’re on 13.2. You can roll back from iOS 13 beta to 12 but not from the official 13. So if you haven’t updated DON’T because there is no going back now. I just spent an hour and a half with support and they confirmed that once you update it’s over. I guess if someone was clever and used some kind pf jailbreak procedure you could go back but there is no officially supported method. Also frustrating is they still sell these darn things! Crazy. I don’t believe Line6 can’t fix it. It’s their fault for not making changes to support the OS like every other manufacturer. Totall bull$hit to lay blame on Apple...but it makes future purchasing decisions simpler. I’ll never consider another Line6 product again.
  6. Nope. Doesn’t work. On iPhone anyhow. You absolutely cannot roll back from 13 to 12. You can roll back from 13 beta to 12 but once you install 13’s official release there is no going back even by using the .ipsw image file method you described.

  9. I fixed it. Actually nothing was wrong. A little embarrassing but the issue was that you have to remove the device from the lightning port to hear the sound playback on the phone...if you leave it plugged in, you hear nothing...Doh!
  10. I have followed the instructions listed here in the knowledge base.
  11. I am running a Sonic Port on a lightning connector into my iPhone 7+ phone running iOS v11.3. I have no audio within the standard camera app on my phone when recording video. This worked with the old Mobile-In interface. If I go into the Line6 Mobile Pod app I have level there. I also have audio coming in I can monitor on the Sonic Port headphone jack. However, when I record in the camera app I have no audio at all. Please advise.
