Will using the line 6 amp with an acoustic guitar have any adverse effect on the amp?

I bought a Fender Stratocaster Classic Vibe and a Line 6 Spider V 30 last week. I already had a Yamaha acoustic guitar. Can I use the amp with my acoustic guitar as well?
