I’ve had a new Helix LT for just over 3 weeks;, I’ve updated it to the latest firmware etc. But it has developed a weird intermittent problem
The position parameter/setting for wah/pitch will stop updating when the expression pedal is moved. It’s does this mid -use. The first time it happened, over a week ago, it was in the evening so switched the unit off and arranged to return it the next day. The next morning I was going to take a quick video of the fault before I sent it back and the fault had disappeared!!!
I’ve now used it everyday until today, when again the same fault appeared this evening. Just wondered if this has occurred to anyone else as it seems like a firmware issue ?
In two minds whether to return it or get an external exp pedal. Don’t really like how rigid the on board pedal is anyway.
