My Firehawk 1500 hasn't been used for a couple of years. Switched on today and carried out update procedure (even though I think it already had the latest firmware). It worked for about 30 minutes while trying to connect properly with the app with FBV3 footswitch attached. Suddenly switched itself off and won't power on. Reset procedure does nothing, everything is blank. Do I just have to raise a support ticket? Did you get your power supply issue sorted and if so how did you achieve that?
