The problem I am seeing is that my hx stomp was on firmware 3.15 and it would boot but none of the buttons worked (footswitches or otherwise) I did a few factory resets (the 2 that I know of) and finally was able to gain function of all buttons and foot switches. however this whole time, when i plug the hx stomp into a speaker or amp, there is no guitar sound and it only makes a low frequency hum. The hum is present weather the volume of the unit is up or down. I have tried to plug into multiple locations at multiple buildings and have had the same result. I do not think it is a power supply issue. any ideas?
