    Downolad done, the only problem is the updater. This message appears when i run the program.

    Hi, i'm new on this forum and just a few days ago i bought a Helix floor. I'm trying to downolad the patches but still don't understand how. Can someone explain step by step how to do? Do i have to install a program? I hope not writing in the wrong section. Thanks Regards from Italy Livio
