So I want to have my HX Stomp in the effects loop of my amp using a Boss MS3. I want to be able to use the midi out of the MS3 to change channels on my amp and also use it to engage/disengage the "always on" Stomp into my amp's effects loop with the press of one button on the MS3. Would I just hook up the MS3 via 4cm and put the loop that the Stomp is in after the loop thay I put my amp's preamp in?

I wanted to be able to use my HX Stomp to send a PC command to my JP2C to change amp channels, etc per snapshot. Is this possible?
