I purchased an acoustic IR package from 3Sigma today in hopes of setting up an acoustic patch running DI through my send and receive this morning. The patch turned out beautiful but I cannot get the IR’s to import into HX Edit. I went through the faq’s on their site and did a search here. They recommended I post in the forums and I did not find anything using the search function. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have two computers, a Microsoft Surface book that will not recognize my new HX Effects, and an older Mac with running OS X 10.9. I have downloaded the older version of HX Edit and the update 1.13? I think it is that is listed as the last update for Maverick. As soon as the HX Effects powers on, the program crashes. Any suggestions here? Moving from the traditional board to the HX was a big leap for me and so far it has been very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys, I will try updating my computer software and see if that corrects the issue. As a side, I have tried both ports and am not using a hub. I appreciate the feedback!

I got my first Line 6 Effects processor in and sat down to connect to my laptop. I have a Microsoft Surface Book running windows 10, downloaded the latest 2.6 HX edit software, installed it, and keep getting a no device connected prompt. I have tried two different USB cables, a brand new one I bought specifically for the board, and one known good one I have already. I uninstalled the program, downloaded it again with the same results. I have tried every configuration of connecting; board turned off, connecting, then turning on, turned on an connecting, closing the program then opening while connected off, opening with board turned on, etc. Any ideas? I have tried the search function and all I can tell is that it must be a driver issue. When Installing, I am leaving all boxes checked, so I would assume the drivers would install automatically. Any help would be appreciated.
