I bought an HX Effects around 2018 but didn't get around to registering it until late 2020. When I originally registered it the offer to buy Native at a reduced price came up, and I intended to take advantage of that. But I haven't been home recording and ended up not trying to action that until yesterday.
When I logged on to my account now I'm no longer seeing Native available at the reduced price. I am getting an option to register a device that might entitle me to the discount, but the HX Effects is already registered and that doesn't seem to be triggering the offer. If I try to purchase Native, I'm being asked for full price.
I'm not sure what's happening. Has the offer been withdrawn? Or am I meant to be doing something to trigger it?
